At The Yoga & Wellness Education Centre, we believe in the health of the whole person. With our private therapy packages, you are able to experience a plan that is customized to your particular needs.

Yoga Therapy Package $85

This includes focuses on your specific physical concerns as well as the following, if desired:

Chromaroma: the use of colored lighting to positively affect an individual's mood and state of mind
Aromatherapy: the use of aromatic essential oils to promote health and well being in the mind, body, and spirit

Add-ons $20 each

Crystal Therapy: Holding or placing crystals on your body is thought to promote spiritual, emotional, and physical healing by positively interacting with your body's energy field.
Reiki Therapy: Also called energy healing, reiki therapy is said to assist the body's natural healing abilities, induce deep relaxation, relieve emotional stress, and promote overall well-being.
