We're dedicated to making yoga accessible and safe for all of our students. We teach Hatha yoga with appropriate modifications depending on each individual's needs and goals.
We offer a serene studio environment and provide all necessary yoga equipment for our students including yoga mats and props at no additional cost. All of our teachers are registered 200 hour or 500 hour yoga teachers with The Yoga Alliance.

Constance Willis is the owner and educator of the Yoga Centre. When she started her practice over thirty years ago she became enchanted with the breath work, poses, and the stillness that she found on and off her mat. Her purpose is to inspire grace and greatness.
Constance teaches yoga in a gentle supportive way which is safe, and offers a detailed method using various props to restore the body’s balance and vitality. Constance leads an opened hearted practice which focuses on the student’s needs. Her desire is to help inspire people to reach their goals. She encourages the students to honor their individual practice, open their minds, and nourish their souls while connecting with their inner source of peace, gratitude, acceptance, and love. In addition to a full line of classes offered at her studio, she specializes in private classes that are designed and tailored to meet the concerns of the individual.
Constance is a Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is the director of a registered 200 hour yoga school. Ms. Willis also holds a certificate in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors from Duke Integrated Medicine. She has also completed her Yoga Alliance recognized certification in Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness and holds a certificate in yoga for children with autism and special needs.
When Constance is not busy at the studio teaching, she enjoys being home at Moonglow Farm with her husband, her dog Moonie, and her chickens.
Tina is an educator at the Yoga and Wellness Centre. She began her practice around 6 years ago as a way to help ease anxiety and and heal from depression. She was drawn in by the balance Yoga created with her mind and body. Tina wanted to help people find that same balance, and enrolled in the Yoga Centre Academy. She graduated in 2017, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. She specializes in relaxation and meditation, and has a passion for introducing beginners to the practice. Tina's classes feature movement to help balance the mind and body, with an emphasis on learning the foundations of yoga.
In addition to yoga, Tina enjoys reading, art, baking, and loves animals, especially her two dogs Marlee and Minnie.
Sandi teaches private classes at the Yoga & Wellness Centre, and is also the Anatomy Program director at The Yoga Centre Academy. She discovered yoga by way of her love for caffeine. She had an “aha moment” that regaining lost balance and flexibility was desperately needed as she attempted to reach a high cabinet shelf to retrieve elusive coffee beans. Stepping onto a mat during her first yoga class, Sandi immediately began an ongoing love affair with yoga that has brought balance, strength and flexibility into her life, both on her mat and off.
Because she wants to inspire others to take that first step onto a yoga mat and help guide them on their own journey to wellness and balance, Sandi enrolled in the Yoga Centre Academy and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (200 RYT) with the Yoga Alliance. As a licensed physical therapist with a degree from the University of Kentucky, Sandi brings her knowledge of anatomy and functional movement into her yoga classes to make them safe and welcoming for all. She works with each student to make appropriate modifications for their experience level and physical condition.
Sandi's classes feature gentle flow yoga, time to relax and reflect, and the opportunity to grow and learn together in a supportive, positive environment. She is passionately dedicated to assisting each of her yoga students reach their personal goals and develop their own lifetime love affair with yoga.
